Getting started with your application
Before starting your application with Qliro, it’s helpful to prepare some key information in advance. This ensures efficient review process, speeds up your onboarding, and makes sure your checkout is set up in a way that reflects your business. Most of you basic company information will be collected automatically so being preepered, this will not take more then 5 min.
We ask for these details to:
  • Verify your business and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt the setup to your operations (logistics, subscriptions, currencies, etc.)
 
Prepare with: 
Basic information: 
  • Contact information: this so we know who to contact for invoices and suspected fraud cases. 
  • Organisation number: allows us to fetch your basic company data
  • Link to your website: allows us to verify your site and the products you sell.
  • VAT number:  required to meet local tax regulations.
How your business is set up today: 
  • Subscriptions: let us know if you offer recurring payments.
  • Dropshipping: specify if you ship products directly from suppliers.
  • Gift cards:  tell us if you sell or accept them.
  • Payout preferences: currency and frequency for settlements.
  • Bank account verification required before payouts can start. You can either verify you bank account by loggning in to your bank with bankID or upload a printscreen/ bankstatement of your bank account. If you upload a image, it needs to contain: 
    • Account and clearing number
    • Bank web address and logo
    • Company name or organisation number
    • Date of issue
    • IBAN, BIC or SWIFT 
  • Ownership structure (can be added later) – a simple chart describing your company’s ownership and ultimate beneficial owners.
  • Logo / banner (optional, can be added later) - for adding to your invoice or Qliro app
After submitting your application or going live with store, we may ask for additional documentation if needed. Examples include:
  • Supplier invoices or agreements
  • Required licenses, certifications, or permits
  • Ownership chart (if not already submitted)
We may also follow up with operational questions such as:
  • Your B2B volume (via Two, if applicable)
  • Where your dropshipping suppliers are located
  • Access to your website if it isn’t yet public
  • For some cases we will need to identify all your ulitmate beneficial. This is done with BankID. 
All of this helps us build a complete picture of your business, so we can move forward quickly and without unnecessary delays.


What Happends after you apply ?
Congrats, now your journey starts with Qliro!  As we start to go through your company information, our Merchant support might reach out to you for further information to complete your application. 
After you application has been approved, you will get you dedicated integation manager to help you out with your store set up. Read more about the store set up and going live in the following sections : Connect you store  & Testing & Go live
